RODA JATI was established since 1977. We are wood working industries in Outdoor furniture, Indoor furniture, Wooden door frame and Solid wooden doors and other wood working products (for example flooring). Since 1990, we started cater to foreign orders by manufacturing and exporting quality furniture products. We already exported our product to Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Spain, Netherland, Dubai UAE, other European country and USA. For us the satisfaction of our customer is the first point to develop our production. In maintaining the quality of our product we control every step of the production process. We offer the qualified material of teak that has been supported by PERHUTANI (State owned company that has authority of managing teak forest in java island), beside that also produce wood product made from another material such as Yellow Balau (Bengkirai), and Mahogany wood. Our quality management system refer to the ISO 9001:2000/SNI 19-9001-2001 that we have as the standards system established by the International Organization for Standardization. We are doing all production process by machine and finishing by hand and electrical sanding finishing. For supporting the quality of dry wood we also do the kiln dried wood process to arrange moisture content of the wood with 5 (five) chamber of kiln dry with the capacity 40 cbm for each chamber. The capacity our production are 6-8 containers (40’) a month. |
